Social Connection Programs

Bringing generations together through friendship

Are you ready to spark a new friendship? Love a good schmooze with someone who shares your interests? Join the Community Club, where seniors and volunteers are paired to foster friendships that span generations.

Each week, Community Club participants connect for quality time — whether it’s coffee, a board game, or a short outing. Every member makes an impact, be it a volunteer bringing joy to someone’s week, or a senior’s opportunity to share their wisdom. Simple visits, week by week, spark lasting bonds.
