The following items have the greatest impact to empower our recipients to be independent:

Hard vegetables: Potato, Onion, Capsicum, Zucchini, Eggplant, Brocolli, Cauliflower, Carrot

Hard Fruit: Apples, Pears

 

Tinned Vegetables and Fish (KA approved): Salmon, Tuna, Sardines Beetroot, Plain Corn, Plain Tomato, Carrot, Peas
